The Exchange Programme faced many difficulties in the last couple of years. The “traditional” methods are not working properly anymore, therefore the system was restructured and 3 Exchange Sessions were introduced. Now lot of committees – especially the student runs – are facing a huge problem with accommodating their internal working year to this new concept. Join us for our brainstorming session where we will try to come up with potential solutions that would work for your committees.

Marie Luise Kaltenegger
Linda Kolb
Ever heard about Canban, Trello, Mural or Slack? Working in a team where you don't see your team members on a regular basis can be quite a challenge. In this workshop we will discuss common problems within remote teams and how they can be overcome. We will introduce you to tools you can use and show you that also remote team work can make the dream work! In this workshop you will also learn about social skills and team competences that are necessary for hybrid or fully remote teamwork. We will not only teach you how to look your best during an online meeting but also how to create a productive atmosphere in your remote team.
Confidence and Positive Thinking
Anastasia Bolshakova
Reza Goldansaz
Confidence helps us feel ready for life's and IAESTE’s experiences. When we're confident, we're more likely to move forward with people and opportunities, and not back away from them. And if things don't work out at first, confidence and positive thinking help us try again. Being something so abstract, it can be hard to measure, analyze, or improve confidence. We will in this workshop break the topic down with fun and interactive activities to help you find your strengths and understand how to use them.
Exchange Quality Standards
Stefani Josifovska
In the last couple of years, our network has developed as a whole. This led to a need for rebranding the exchange programme, strengthening the knowledge transfer process, and ultimately - for reviewing the exchange quality standards. In order to have a smooth exchange process, out of which every side benefits, we need to follow rules that suit us as a network and let both the committees and the students make the most out of IAESTE. If you have already been involved in the exchange process, know the ins and outs of it and want to take part in spotting the problems and improving the quality of our exchange, join this workshop and help improve the core of our organisation!
Time Management
Balatincz Gábor
Lukáš Kolibár
Have you ever wondered what models and methods exist for time management? How can you and when should you use these? How many online and offline tools do we have to effectively manage our personal, professional and IAESTE life? If you answered these questions with „yes“ , you should join our WS about Time Management where we will mix the theoretical part with some good examples from our everyday life.
